Darla Wynn, the Great Falls witch who sued her town over public prayer, had a different outcome than Cynthia Simpson. Darla won.
Check out the story. Whether you are a fan of Darla and the old WARD organization, that doesn't change the fact that this is a victory for equal rights.

It's a rape victim's worst nightmare. She relies on doctor/patient confidentiality so that she can safely express her feelings and work through the issues that she has stemming from that rape.
Well, to the military justice system, that's just not important. Even though the therapist is a civilian and is not subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Read about the case. Write your congressmen. Let your representatives know that doctor/patient confidentiality is damned near sacred, and we need our rights preserved, especially in this era of our rights being restricted more and more every day. It's time that we stand up and say "Enough."

An Indianapolis father is appealing a Marion County judge's unusual order that prohibits him and his ex-wife from exposing their child to "non-mainstream religious beliefs and rituals."
The parents practice Wicca, a contemporary pagan religion that emphasizes a balance in nature and reverence for the earth.
