Doctor-Patient confidentialily is being challenged |

It's a rape victim's worst nightmare. She relies on doctor/patient confidentiality so that she can safely express her feelings and work through the issues that she has stemming from that rape.
Well, to the military justice system, that's just not important. Even though the therapist is a civilian and is not subject to the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Read about the case. Write your congressmen. Let your representatives know that doctor/patient confidentiality is damned near sacred, and we need our rights preserved, especially in this era of our rights being restricted more and more every day. It's time that we stand up and say "Enough." |
